Bright Sparks

Our Bright Sparks program is returning! . . . . AND in it’s full capacity! We will share details of the dates, workshops available and booking details very soon!

The Bright Sparks program is open to all Wimmera students in Grade 5/6 and Year 7 and is a series of fun and free workshops aimed at extending and challenging gifted, talented and highly interested students in different areas such as cooking, sport, robotics, science, maths, photography, woodwork and more!

The program will run each Wednesday afternoon (3.45pm-5.00pm) for four weeks.  Students are provided with drinks and a fruit snack prior to each workshop.

Our program also allows students to familiarise themselves in a secondary school setting and foster friendships with students from other schools across the Wimmera.

Please keep in mind that due the ever-changing restrictions surrounding COVID19, this program has the potential to be postponed, cancelled or have reduced numbers imposed, all of which are out of our control. We will endeavour to do our best to notify applicants as soon as possible of changes to the programs.
