No, St Brigid's College welcomes students and families of all faith beliefs, and those with no specific faith. Our student cohort has, for many years, enjoyed the benefits of such diversity.

Yes, St Brigid's College welcomes enrolments from all primary schools - government, Catholic, or Independent.

Religious Education underpins and informs all aspects of teaching and learning and is a compulsory part of the education program across all year levels. The framework for Religious Education at the College is “Awakenings” in Year 7-10, the mandated curriculum of the Diocese of Ballarat. The senior program is delivered via a range of formats and retreat experiences. The Religious Education program allows students to explore their own spirituality and identity, whatever that may be, within the rich context of the Catholic faith tradition.

Information regarding school fees can be found here.

Catholic education is supported by state and federal funding, with families contributing the balance of the cost of educating their children. At times, some families are unable to meet their commitment to the full costs of education. As a Catholic school system, we ensure fee relief mechanisms are available to support families in time of need. We encourage these discussions on enrolment or as these needs emerge.

St Brigid’s College is committed to giving every student a fair chance to receive a Catholic education. The College offers a number of scholarships to support student learning and assist with tuition, fees and levies. You can find more information here.
