Students from our Year 9 Student Agency Group recently joined primary and secondary schools from across our DOBCEL region for the Student Agency Forum.
The day was expertly facilitated by Jean Stiles (Canadian expert in Student Agency), David Runge (Director of Future Schools), and Julie Petrov (Strategy Implementation Manager, DOBCEL). Students explored what makes a great school and how student voice and agency can shape learning, wellbeing and the school environment.
Students are excited to bring their insights back to our school as we continue our strong commitment to listening to student voices. We can’t wait to see what our Year 9 Student Agency group does next!
